	Placing Orders with iView Data iView Data dispatches orders nearly anywhere around the world. Simply follow the instructions below to place your order.

Placing Telephone Orders

Placing E-mail Orders

If you prefer to use e-mail for ordering, you may send e-mail orders to orders@iview-data.com This e-mail address is for the exclusive use of customers placing orders or who have inquiries about recently placed orders. In your e-mail order message, please indicate the quantity, stock number and a brief description of each item you wish to order, your iView customer number (if known) your shipping AND mailing address (if different) and payment information--Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or COD (for established, UK customers only).

We have a preference for FAXED Purchase Orders upon company letterhead. Please include the same information in your FAX as with e-mail ordering, as stated above.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept Discover, Amex, Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge added for credit card orders. We reserve the right to verify credit card orders for your protection. For fastest processing, please always include a daytime phone number.

Prepayment: You may prepay your order via wire transfer (overseas orders) or with a company cheque (UK only)

Credit Card Details

If paying by credit card please either FAX or TELEPHONE include the following:
- card number, (card type)
- expiration date,
- name on card
- 3 digit security number (last 3 digits on reverse of credit card)
- bank name if known,
- your billing address,(for credit card used)
- your delivery address,
- daytime phone number where you can be reached.
E-mail orders are usually confirmed within 24 hours.

Checking on the Status of Your Orders

If you have placed an order with iView Data Ltd recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed.

Postage and Handling Charges

For UK shipments, the standard charge is ?10.00 for up to 20Kg, and 20p per Kg thereafter.

Overseas shipments are normally processed via Fedex or UPS. Cost can be forwarded to purchases account number if required. Carriage fees are charged at the couriers rate.

International destinations : iView Data ships orders just about anywhere in the world. Please note that the best way to order is to use your credit card for payment.
Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package(s). To determine the cost of shipping to an International destination please telephone for details.
- overseas customers can forward their courier details to us Name/Account Number and we would then forward the charge to you.
